Game Day HIIT
Lockdown is back from volume 2.0 but the good news is that this means we bring back Kazeem Olayinka for more fun, sweaty times as he puts on his infamous Game Day HIIT workouts for all club members, friends and family.
The classes will start at 10:00 each Saturday and will last 45 minutes to an hour.
Expect loud shirts, louder socks, lots of sweat and plenty of questionable dance moves.
There will be variations of each exercise to suit most ages, abilities and comfort levels. So get involved whether you're a fitness pro, a complete beginner, or anything in between.
