Girls Rugby just keeps getting better!
Our Girls Activity Day saw over 30 girls aged 6+ and their parents join us for what proved to be an extremely successful event. The day started with some simple games including a rugby pitch treasure hunt followed by a very energetic musical warm up! Some rugby-themed games led by guest coaches from the age-grade girls and Senior Women finished the pitch-based activities.
We headed into the Club where the girls (and the very enthusiastic parents) had a spread of craft activities including origami Red Roses, RWC word searches and friendship bracelets. Ahead of the Red Roses match, there was time for goody bags and prizes including two pairs of rugby boots generously donated by @clubhouse_competitions and a £50 Amazon voucher courtesy of @bucks_girls_rugby_charity.
If that wasn’t enough excitement, the girls were all treated to a hot dog and a drink ready to cheer the Red Roses on to victory!

The only question left now is which of the participants will be pulling on the white jersey and lifting the Cup in a few years’ time?
