Wednesday was the first preseason training session for the women players of Aylesbury Rugby Club. It was clear that the recruiting drive had gone well over the summer with plenty of new faces. Everyone is excited to get started in this landmark season especially as there will be TWO women’s teams at Aylesbury 💪🏉.
The 1XV have taken the step up in level to NC2 for the first time since the creation of the Women’s team at the Club. You can see this coming season's fixtures, hot off the press, here!
The newly formed 2XV have been entered into the Inner Warrior series ensuring that there is rugby for all levels at ARFC.
The promotion for the 1XV and creation of the 2XV is testament to the positive and welcoming environment at the Club and the pathway to adult rugby for the incredible girls at @aylesbury_rugby_girls
