Sponsors’ Lunch Saturday 14 February before the Men’s 1st XV home game against Marlow
Plan for the day - Arrive from 1300 - Lunch 1400 - Kick off 1500
- 1300 - On arrival, please book in at the table, say hi and collect your lanyard.
- Enjoy our free drink then mingle and meet members of the Aylesbury Rugby Football Club community.
- 1330 - Hear from our Club Captain, Alex Shearer and Head of Senior Rugby, Lee Irvine and ask any questions you may have.
- 1345 – Gold Sponsors and Matchday Sponsor photos with the 1st XV.
- 1400 – Lunch – your table will be hosted by a member of the Executive Committee.
- During lunch there will be short speeches and some gifts to hand out.
- 1500 – KO Men’s 1st XV vs Marlow
After the match - which you are welcome to enjoy pitch side in our covered stand or from the Rose Bar balcony, you are welcome to stay and meet the players and enjoy the post-match ambience for as late into the evening/night as you wish.
Ticket allocations (inclusive of you):
- Principal Sponsors – 10 free tickets
- Gold Sponsors – 6 fee tickets
- Silver Sponsors – 4 free tickets
- Bronze Sponsors – 4 free tickets
- Matchday Sponsor – 10 free tickets

Help for the Sponsors’ Lunch – We are looking for a sponsor to help with this event so if you would like to be the headline sponsor for the day including free tickets for 10 guests, a full page spread in the programme, tannoy announcements and a framed photograph of you and your guests with the first team after the match then please email sponsorship@aylesburyrfc.co.uk. The Batts clan did it last time and they had a terrific day.
