You are invited and encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting of Aylesbury Rugby Football Club on Thursday 21st May 2026 at 8pm.
The AGM will confirm and/or elect the Club Officers for the year 2026-2027, present for acceptance 2025-2026 subcommittee reports and discuss and put to vote any proposed resolutions.

- The Agenda for the meeting together with resolutions for discussion
- The minutes of the 2025 AGM
- Copies of the reports for acceptance
- A Nomination form for proposing and seconding Club Officers. The official version with any relevant changes is on the club noticeboard.
- The relevant financial statements. A full set of accounts will be available at the AGM.
I must receive any further proposals for discussion and vote at the AGM prior to the AGM.
